It is hard to feel sorry for this team when there are so many other problems around us. Two major storms have created more problems than the Texans will ever face. After all, they have a nice home to play in, thanks to those taxpayers who are sufferring from the storms. They still get paid, even if they play bad, whose paying those people who lost their jobs due to the storm. Things need to be put into prespective when wondering who is really sufferring, the fan whose team is not doing very well or the fan whose life has been turned upside down by the storm. That cliche, “there’s always next year” does not apply to some of the victims of those storms.

So does that mean that if there are problems surrounding us in the world that we should not have any interest in diversions? I sure as heck hope you aren’t reading any fictional novels, listening to upbeat music, watching sports or movies, seeing anything that might make you laugh on TV and telling jokes to your friends. We have bigger problems in the world than you telling silly jokes and smiling.

I just cant believe in 4 years of drafting high we do not have one real stud star. I’m sorry,David Carr is nothing but a journeyman QB. Decent arm but thats no ticket to the Superbowl.

This is going to be a long season and my guess is Dom Capers gets the boot and they bring in Jeff Fisher from the Titans after he gets fired by Bud Adams.

The Texans’ season was dead on arrival. Oh my look what I found.
