Fred Hill’s Bull (Part I)
by David Benzion · 11/01/2005 10:11 amState Representative Fred Hill (RINO-Richardson), recently received a "Legislative Watchdog" award from the Texas Association of Counties, in appreciation of his carrying their water fighting property tax relief for Texas homeowners. To our eyes, the statuette appears to be a bulldog– and thus, LST would like to share with its readers some of "Fred Hill’s Bull", a series of thoughts and reflections by the tax-and-spend lobby’s favorite Austin insider.

Is the appraisal inflation problem more visible in the Houston area than it is here in Dallas? Is this why he can get away with it?
We’re getting closer to the elections so it’s time to refocus on these RINOs. ANY member that doesn’t support the Texas Republican Platform should be voted out of office.
#1 there is a louder voice here. You just need someone to make more noise.
I wonder how Edd Hendee is coming with his project to target specific RINOS in the primaries? Has anyone heard? I only get to listen to him sporadically.
David, your picture deserves some captions. So here is my “Top Ten” list of captions for Fred Hill:
1) I accept this award on behalf of the “Tax and Spend” Democrats who were defeated.
2) Shouldn’t this award be a “Golden Screwdriver” for the screw job I did on those taxpayers.
3) Have we taxed those old ladies out of their houses yet????
4) Elect me to a couple of more terms and the state will own everything.
5) I found another use for that “hoe”—to pickup all that B/S I’ve been putting out.
6) Heck!!! You thought the Democrats were bad—you ain’t seen nothing yet, I’m not through.
7) “Caps” is not in my vocabulary!!!!
9) We have to get together and stop the election of Dan Patrick. He’s a troublemaker that we don’t need here in Austin.
10) Mom!!! Quit crying!!! I taxed everyone equally. I don’t want to look like I’m playing favorites.
Read and enjoy!!!
Dan and Ed are doing the politically correct thing for Dan’s run for the Texas Senate. I use to listen to Ed and Dan but now they are trying to get goody-goody with the other elected officials. I wish Clout would just list who is running for what postions in the surrounding counties in the Houston Area. Kyle Janik and williams are worthless as they are really Rhino’s but Dan and Kyle are Buds so not much chance of anything happening there.
