You may have noticed recently that crime in Houston is getting a little out of control.

The good news is that LST has thought of a solution– and with the help of Rob Booth (who called in a few favors from his former colleagues), help has arrived.

A higher percentage of crimes in Houston is drug related.
If someone is serious enough to fight crimes here the solution is legalisation .
Trust me it will work beyond your wildest dreams.

There is laws prohibiting the crimes. Laws = Legislation. WTF are you talking about?

I think he might mean legalization, making it legal to purchase said drugs. If they did it the government could tap it as one heck of a sin tax. The idea would be that organized crime would collapse, much like it did when Prohibition was repealed.
