In my previous post, I asked who paid for the school buses, and in the comments we digressed into questioning the source of the money for the protests. I am apparently not the only one that wonders just where the money is coming from and who is pulling the strings. The ever lovely and talented Anne Linehan of BlogHouston fame sends along this link that asks some very pointed questions about where the funding is coming from. And not so suprisingly, some usual suspects turn up in the fray. I encourage you to go and read it and come back and discuss it.
Some names you might find interesting:
The William Randolph Hearst Foundation
The Ford Foundation
SEIU
George Soros and his Open Society
The International Socialist Organization
MEChA
LULAC
La Raza
and many many more… putting these names into Discover the Network’s search engine is quite enlightening.

That is why I was so startled Not to see Queen Sheila front and center, arm-in-arm with Mayor “Citizen Bill” White, not unlike when she was in Havana, Cuba (2/22/99) smoozing with Fidel Castro.

Hey all, my cousin, is going to run his wife for LULAC president out of Washington DC.
When he was president of LULAC, I did not tell anyone, now it has come back to haunt me.

I’d like to see a really good investigative reporter get into this financing. Who has paid the Spanish media (Telemundo/Univision and others)? They work for big $. I have a strong hunch that the path could be traced back to the Mexican govt. They have the most to lose. A very large portion of their gnp is coming from Mexicans working in the U.S. and sending their $$ back to Mexico. I’d be willing to bet that Mexican gov’t agents are involved in this. If that could be proven it would do a lot to wake some of our lathargic politicians out of the dream they’re in. Might even get “W” riled up.

Maybe it was Vicente Fox. That would make far more sense.
