Those of you who are retired and over 65 hang onto your wallets! The state of Texas is aiming to stick their hands deeper into your pockets via expanded and increased sales taxes while at the same time not passing through any property tax cut savings. After you paid through the nose all your life they want to tax you AGAIN on money that you already paid taxes on.
Silly me,I thought GWB was going to Mehico to tell Vince Fox to stop sending all his people here and to help bring law and order to the Mehican border.
It seems he went there to reassure Vince Fox everything is OK and to keep em coming. The end is near.
Lou Dobbs transcripts about LaRaza and immigration …if you read…they saw outrage so the changed their position. But do you really think they changed their position or are they telling us what we want to hear?
DOBBS: There is a pro-amnesty lobby that is generally supportive of the immigration reform bill now being debated on the floor of the Senate. But even that lobby is not entirely supportive, because some of them say the bill goes much too far by involving local law enforcement. And others argue that it goes far too far because it would require immigrants, illegal immigrants in most cases, to assimilate into American society.
Bill Tucker reports from New York. (BEGIN VIDEOTAPE) BILL TUCKER, CNN CORRESPONDENT (voice-over):
The National Council for La Raza warns that the immigration bill now on the Senate floor might lose its support. Senators Cornyn and Alexander planning to go ahead and offer an amendment to that bill. In a memo making the rounds on Capitol Hill from a staffer at La Raza obtained by LOU DOBBS TONIGHT shows the group is adamantly opposed to the amendment.
It states, quote, “while it doesn’t overtly mention assimilation, it is very strong on the patriotism and traditional American values language in a way which is potentially dangerous to our communities.” And there are signs that support from other groups is conditional. They oppose adding enforcement provisions that would involve local law enforcement.
MARSHALL FITZ, AM. IMM. LAWYERS ASSOCIATION: It’s basically the federal government saying to the states that, look, we’ve got a big problem. We haven’t been able to handle it. We’ve abdicated on our obligations. And now we’re handing this to you.
TUCKER: Meanwhile, members of the House made it clear, the Senate’s bill is in for a fight, calling it out of line with public sentiment.
REP. TOM TANCREDO (R), COLORADO: Is America asking anybody? Are they asking any of us up here or any of their elected representatives? Yeah, some are. Some business representatives are asking for open borders and greater flow of cheap labor. Some labor unions are asking for it. Some of the more radical pro-immigration groups are asking for it. But John Q. Citizen doesn’t want it.
TUCKER: But the U.S. Chamber of Commerce does want it, saying a guest worker program is essential to employers.
(END VIDEOTAPE)
TUCKER: Now, Lou, late today, the memo from La Raza that made the rounds on Capitol Hill today created such a stir that La Raza felt moved to issue a clarification, and in fact sending a letter of apology to Senator Lamar Alexander, saying their position had been unclearly communicated.
La Raza saying in fact, it does support the goals and aims of his legislation of learning the English language and embracing the responsibilities of American citizenship. And, Lou, they pledged to work with Alexander and Senator Cornyn in passing legislation that supports those goals.
Back to you.
DOBBS: To be clear, Bill, repeat that clause of that memorandum.
TUCKER: The email that went around today, Lou, made a point to say that it doesn’t overtly mention assimilation, meaning the Cornyn- Alexander legislation, but that it’s very strong in patriotic and traditional American values language. Now, La Raza says that is a part of an email chain, a discussion, if you will, that was going on, on the Internet, and that in fact, their position is, they do support English language learning and they do support embracing the responsibilities of American citizenship.
DOBBS: So in other words, they’re backtracking and running from this as fast as they possibly can?
TUCKER: Yes, sir.
DOBBS: Bill Tucker reporting from New York, thank you.
I e-mailed that Pambello bozo. Thanks for putting the info out on his e-mail address. Pambello deserves every bit of the negative feedback I hope he receives. I would encourage all of you to write him if you haven’t already. Here’s what I sent him:
I’m sure you’ve gotten many e-mails from people expressing their outrage at your flying of the Mexican flag at an AMERICAN school. It was a disgraceful act and if my kids were enrolled at your school, I would be among those demanding your resignation. Rather than make clear to your student body that the problem most people have is with ILLEGAL immigrants, you’ve contributed to the misinformed student’s notion that anyone who is against illegal immigration is a racist. Again, your actions are a disgrace.
It’s short and to the point, but hopefully enough people will do the same that the school will have no choice but to take disciplinary action against him. The whole thing is really almost too much for me to believe. A guy who is paid via our tax money raises a Mexican flag at an American school. I’ve commented on here about the dangers of political correctness before, and this Pambello guy is a perfect example of that.
This one issue will make or break this nation..so I am happy to be a one issue man…which BTW…is causing a multitude of other problems..fix this one and fix many!
Overstating? Hmmm That one is obviously WRONG!
Who let the dogs out?
BUSH!
Its time to put the women and children to bed (no offense ladies) and hunt down the rinos, libs and any other traitors that cross our paths!
I welcome you back DJ. You have proven to have been more right than I bet most of us would have admitted. We have been lulled to sleep.
Here’s the email I sent to el jeffe of Reagan HS:
“I do not have children in your school, if so I would withdraw them and demand your resignation. You have encouraged those that have broken the laws of this country to continue to do so and flaunt our laws. Flying a Mexican flag over a Texas school is not only disgraceful, but you have obviously chosen sides in a political debate.”
There is something very large brewing in Arizona!!
Thats all I can say for now…as I dont have all the details. The People will speak! Please remember ..right or wrong…agree or disagree..many Americans are outraged. There is a reckoning coming.
Theorys abound about how to manage illegals (and legals) in the U.S.
But in order to manage, you have to be able to identify the players. How many John Smiths or Jose Garcias are here in the U.S. or Want in?
How do you identify the John or Jose that is the upstanding family man or is the child rapist? How do you identify the John or Jose that is already an American citizen or if they are criminals, legal students, workers or someone else?
Without positive identification that is at least two layers thick, that is impossible.
What is positive ID? Not any kind of documentation that can not be verified. When my daughter sent someone else to take the drivers test, she wasn’t caught (ok, so it was a few years ago, but it would still work). When Jose is one of ten thousand Joses, half which are already here, half are treking in as we speak, how do you identify them?
Pictures are good, but you try it, hell I don’t even look like my picture on my drivers lisense. The ways to ID people are well known. The terrorists are really good at forging documentation and the same services are available to illegals. Positive ID is limited to fingerprints, Retinal scanning analyses, DNA, dental records. So unless you have the means to verify positive ID on a person, you don’t know who your dealing with when you arrest them, process them for lisences, stop them on the street, admit them into your jail, process them for a loan, interview them for a job or hire them for that job.
So, until a positive ID method and all the billions of dollars worth of personel, equipment and databases are up and running, ol’ Jose and John will remain unidentifiable.
Oh, on building the wall and a few other things, Chuck had a few things to say about it back last December.
10. Sen. Mike DeWine (R.-Ohio)
Judiciary Committee member, voted for amnesty for agricultural workers and for spouses and children of illegals. Co-sponsored in-state tuition bill for illegals. Opposed increasing funding for Border Patrol and adding more ICE agents.
9. Sen. Patrick Leahy (D.-Vt.)
Ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee. Worked with Sen. Specter on his amnesty-granting immigration bill and called building a fence along the United States border a “cockamamie” idea.
8. Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D.-Ill.)
Co-sponsor of the House version of McCain-Kennedy. Roll Call reported that after a live debate on CNBC with immigration hawk Rep. Tom Tancredo (R.-Colo.) Guirerrez asked, “Have you ever eaten in a restaurant?” mocked Tancredo by saying, “How could you eat from the plates touched by those nasty illegal immigrants?” and called Tancredo a “racist” and “bigot.”
7. Rep. Howard Berman (D.-Calif.)
Accused Rep. James Sensenbrenner (R.-Wis.) of “playing to the cheap seats” with his bill to construct a border fence. Co-ponsored legislation to increase amnesties for spouses and children of illegals.
6. Rep. John Conyers (D.-Mich.)
Co-sponsored legislation to grant amnesty to illegal aliens with a family member or employer willing to sponsor them. Will assume Judiciary chairmanship if Democrats win control of the House in November.
5. Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D.-Calif.)
Consistently opposes any restrictions on immigration. Calls measures to criminalize illegal immigrants and those who assist them “draconian and inhumane.” Co-sponsored the SOLVE Act with Rep. Gutierrez to create a temporary guest-worker program.
4. Sen. Hillary Clinton (D.-N.Y.)
Once said she was “adamantly against illegal immigrants,” now supports legalizing the 11 million illegals living in the U.S. Has vowed to block any bill criminalizing illegal immigration, suggested the House immigration bill would have made Jesus a criminal.
3. Sen. Arlen Specter (R.-Pa.)
Judiciary Chairman, introduced a bill to convert illegal aliens into legal guest-workers for six years without first making them return to their home country and to allow more temporary workers and their families into the United States.
2. Sen. Teddy Kennedy (D.-Mass.)
Cosponsoring legislation with McCain to grant amnesty to illegal aliens and has repeatedly supported amnesty efforts. Favors giving illegal students amnesty and a free college education.
1. Sen. John McCain (R.-Ariz.)
Lead sponsor with Teddy Kennedy of a bill to grant amnesty to illegal aliens. Joined Hillary Clinton, Kennedy and Charles Schumer expressing gratitude to a group of illegal Irish aliens for their actions to lobby Congress for amnesty.
To you little twerps who protested US immigration policy this week (especially those with the “Drive Out the Bush Regime” stickers and waved Mexican flags)…
1. I’ll bet that you didn’t even know/care who the POTUS was a week ago.
2. If Mexico is so fantastic, WHY did you leave?
3. If you’re so proud of Mexico, don’t you really want to return?
4. What is Mexico’s immigration policy? (Hint: We don’t need no steenking immigrants!)
5. What do Mexican federales do when folks cross their southern border illegaly? (Hint: Firearms are involved.)
6. Who is paying for your education, medical care, etc.?
7. If you really just wanted to get out of class, why don’t you just drop out? HISD won’t count you as a dropout, anyway.
Remember it only took 18 minutes at the Battle of San Jacinto. How long are you willing to let the invasion continue?
The 2nd AMERICAN - mexican war is coming. Are you locked and loaded?
Start with YOUR elected representatives, local, state and federal. They must know that “We the People” will not tolorate ILLEGAL migration / immigration / trespassing any longer. You want to protest? Well this is where you begin.
EX POST FACTO CLAUSE - A misnomer in that actually two Constitutional clauses are involved. The U.S. Constitution’s Article 1 Section 9, C.3 states: ‘No Bill of Attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed,’ and Section 10 says: ‘No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation; grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal; coin Money; emit Bills of Credit; make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts; pass any Bill of Attainder, ex post facto Law. . . .’
The ‘words and the intent’ of the Ex Post Facto Clause encompass ‘[e]very law that changes the punishment, and inflicts a greater punishment, than the law annexed to the crime, when committed.’ Calder v. Bull, 3 U.S. (1 Dall.) 386, 390 (1798) (opinion of Chase, J.).
An ex post facto law is a law passed after the occurrence of an event or action which retrospectively changes the legal consequences of the event or action.
Until we find a group of people willing to run and stand on principles, none of this will change until the lead starts to fly. Since I don’t believe that we will get those elected officials, I choose to stockpile lead. Sometimes the price of freedom is blood. It seems to be the only thing that really wakes us up. We can certainly see that our politicians aren’t going to do it. And we can see that the illegal element is growing more vocal about not wanting to become Americans, but in fact changing the border states into duplicate of the useless society south of the border. I sure hope I’m proven wrong.
Interesting post on the drudge report about the newspapers in NYC dumping unsold papers.
I wonder what the comical does with their unsold copies? Me thinks perhaps they throw them on peoples lawns and driveways and claim them as circulation. What happens to the copies that the weekend hawkers don’t sell on the street corners?
Mr. Cohen? Mr. James Campbell?
Amnesty? Ex Post Facto? Constitution? Rule of Law?
Title 8
Section 1325. Improper entry by alien
(a) Improper time or place; avoidance of examination or inspection; misrepresentation and concealment of facts Any alien who (1) enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time or place other than as designated by immigration officers, or (2) eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers, or (3) attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a material fact, shall, for the first commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18 or imprisoned not more than 6 months, or both, and, for a subsequent commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18, or imprisoned not more than 2 years, or both.
(b) Improper time or place; civil penalties
Any alien who is apprehended while entering (or
attempting to enter) the United States at a time or place other than as designated by immigration officers shall be subject to a civil
penalty of -(1) at least $50 and not more than $250 for each such entry (or attempted entry); or
(2) twice the amount specified in paragraph (1) in the case of an alien who has been previously subject to a civil penalty under this subsection.
Civil penalties under this subsection are in addition to, and not in lieu of, any criminal or other civil penalties that may be imposed.
(c) Marriage fraud
Any individual who knowingly enters into a marriage for the purpose of evading any provision of the immigration laws shall be imprisoned for not more than 5 years, or fined not more than
$250,000, or both.
(d) Immigration-related entrepreneurship fraud
Any individual who knowingly establishes a commercial enterprise for the purpose of evading any provision of the immigration laws shall be imprisoned for not more than 5 years, fined in accordance with title 18, or both.
If you don’t mind, summarize up your #’s 28 and 31 for us. I’m taking you to mean that we have full constitutional authority already to prosecute illegal immigration, so why the need for ex post facto? All we need to do is use the constitution as it already exists.
Slick Jorge W Bush II had has fingers behind his back and crossed when he was sworn in.
SJWBII does not believe in the Constitution. I believe he would like to abolish the Constitution. He does not believe in enforcing our laws. He is in Mexico right now licking and shining V Fox’s shoes.
He Violates his Oath, ignores the will of the people and uses the Constitution in lieu of Charmin.
He acts like a dictator not a President ” Of the People, By the People, For the People”.
SJWBII is the walking definition of a true Elitist sellout. Globalism for thee but not for Me.
But who with the authority has the cajones to enforce any of this? Only a very few. Law enforcement has their hands tied. The gov’t is too squishy and has to check the wind first.
We need to send a loud message NOW. Boycott and send emails to businesses that we will not shop there if they advertise on Spanish Radio, TV. They spread the word to get to the streets. Let us speak. Remember Bill Maher, Dixie Chicks….
Use our money as a weapon. I ain’t got much, and it would do me good to cut back a bit, heck, bank what we don’t spend.
Beyond all that, what good is any law when you have liberal judges who will overturn the intention of the elected officials and will of the people. Back to stockpiling lead!!!
Well he introduced himself as a Miniature Horse. I made the mistake of calling him a pony and he tersely corrected me. And whatever you do, do not call him a midget or dwarf horse.
My wife is strange in that she gets physically ill looking at miniature horses. Raised around real cattle and horses, I guess she just can’t stomach them.
#52
There are similarities, but the Japanese have the integrity to step down. Unlike ours, look at Kennedy, killed someone and he’s been there forever. Dems (ours)also have Klansmen and Black Panthers……
“The head of a lay watchdog panel created by Roman Catholic bishops says a key reform adopted to protect children from clergy sex abuse is insufficient.”
#52 - Big, there’s huge difference between their liberals and ours. When they got caught, they were at least honorable about it and did this:
TOKYO - Japan’s opposition party suffered a fresh humiliation Friday when its leadership resigned en masse over a fake e-mail scandal,
Ours keep repeating the same lies hoping eventually it will come true. Can you imagine Reid, Pelosi, Dean, and all the rest of the leadership resigning en masse for anything?
Where was the INS during all these protests? They probably could have made one heck of a roundup real quick.
If you want to see something really funny, be at a construction site when an INS helicopter starts to circle over head. Been there and seen that and it sure shuts down work for the day. The illegals scatter like a covey of quail and the only ones left are their bosses. Lets one know real quick who’s legal and who’s not.
I work in the construction industry and have gained alot of respect for many of these “undocumented workers”, but, I still don’t like the fact that they are illegaly in this country. Most of the guys that I know would kick the butts of their kids if they were cutting school to attend one of these protests. Stupid kids are Stupid kids no matter what their ethnic background.
I want some action, not words, on the illegals. The republicans have had 6 years to do something. They wait until the last minute, and pass some namby-pamby, we-aren’t-going-to-enforce-them-either laws at the last minute and think that’s going to get us to keep them in office?
Think again.
I’m a life-long republican voter, and I’m going to go libertarian this election as a protest. “The dems will be worse” argument be condemned… I’m not going to support a party that doesn’t do my will, every day, all day. I’m fed up with them.
Hamous, to be a liberal, you must give up logic, common sense, and any emotion to do with shame.
DJ, let ‘em stay on strike. They’ll get hungry soon enough. What we really need is a requirement that every person applying for a job present a birth certificate that must be matched by the hospital where the birth took place, and the social security number must be verified. Of course, that is AFTER we seal the border tight.
And when we apprehend and return, we send them all to Mexico, regardless of what country they are from, and it’s as far south in Mexico as we can take them. Let’s say Cancun or Cozumel, and we take them mothballed WW2 ships that we sink in their harbor to block the cruise ships from docking there.
Wino, the GOP knows that no matter what they pass, even if it’s Namby Pamby, some court will yank any teeth out of it, and then the politicians will proclaim loudly they tried, but activist judges stopped it. What we need is the Constitution amended and the border sealed.
Just stuffed and sent 7 solicitations from the RNC with bush bucks. Hope all who are fed up will do likewise. Follow the link print yours and send in lieu of real money. They don’t deserve any support until they represent Americans again.
Something that has puzzled me for years and made me dislike Bush (I thought he was the berries at one time) is why we dont make mexico reform. We have the power and the capability.
Shut down money transfers.
Shut down the border.
Stop all traffic to and from.
Now,
Make demands! This is what we want!
I really feel for the mexican people!
And if GW did too he would make this happen!
Its very easy! He had 911 as an excuse to demand change. With a strong mexican economy the guest workers would become friends not slaves!
The mexican government treats its own people like whores and slaves.
Maybe, if we dismantle (the Republicans were supposed to be working towards this goal) Roosevelt’s and LBJ’s unconstitutional welfare programs we would have plenty of people willing to work.
Oops, I forgot. FDR is now a darling of the GOP. Or is of the neocons? How to tell the difference?
DJ, it would be cheaper to drop 100-200,000 M16s and ammo into Mexico City and tell the people to take their government and back and wipe out the union leaders. We spend many times more than that in welfare every year. And you’re right about the money transfers. I would require it be bank to bank, and that the banks research that the person sending it is legally here. I’d also search the mails prior to leaving the country and remove any cash/money orders, etc.
A policy of open immigration will advance the economic well-being of all Americans. All major recent studies of immigrants indicate that they have a high labor force participation, are entrepreneurial, and tend to have specialized skills that allow them to enter under-served markets. Although it is a common misconception that immigrants “take jobs away from native-born Americans,” this does not appear to be true. In 1989, the U.S. Department of Labor reviewed nearly 100 studies on the relationship between immigration and unemployment and concluded that “neither U.S. workers nor most minority workers appear adversely affected by immigration.”
I suggest he close down his worthless library, move out of that nice house, and donate all their money to the world’s poor. Maybe even some of that expensive used underwear he has!
Maybe Mrs. C could talk Wallyworld into giving up some of their obscene profits for the world’s poor. Oops… nevermind… they’re on the outs now that Hillary has her political appearance to consider. Funny how that works, isn’t it?
Get ready for a Democrat Senate. Republicans hold their senator’s feet to the fire and will split with other Republicans to show their disdain for all of this. The Dems know this and their base and all the other democrat voters will always vote their party, no matter who is running. The House is another story, but could lose some Republicans. Just pray we elect a Republican President or all is lost.
That’s what I’ve been saying…. Boycott Political parties, but also businesses that coddle and support illegals. Our power is in our dollars for now….. It WILL get their attention. If we stop spending money at places that buy airtime on Spanish radio and tv (THEY HELPED WHIP THIS UP ON THEIR SIDE!!!) they might squeal and lean on the politicos to do what the real power in this country wants. I don’t mean boycott hispanic owned businessm but those that but airtime, like beer companies, auto dealers, bigger business is the ones to target, not hurt the little guy. The big guys start squealing and them in Washington and Austin might listen, they sure don’t listen to constituants.
“I ask, sir, what is the militia? It is the whole people, except for a few public officials.”
— George Mason, in Debates in Virginia Convention on Ratification of the Constitution, Elliot, Vol. 3, June 16, 1788
And even Richard Henry Lee recognized how dangerous Democrats were going to become:
RICHARD HENRY LEE: SOURCE: LETTERS FROM THE FEDERAL FARMER, 1788.
“A MILITIA WHEN PROPERLY FORMED ARE IN FACT THE PEOPLE THEMSELVES,AND INCLUDE ALL MEN CAPABLE OF BEARING ARMS. TO PRESERVE LIBERTY, IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT THE WHOLE BODY OF PEOPLE ALWAYS POSSESS ARMS.
THE MIND THAT AIMS AT A SELECT MILITIA, MUST BE INFLUENCED BY A TRULY ANTI-REPUBLICAN PRINCIPLE.
Last week, we took some friends out to a new restaurant, and noticed that
the waiter who took our order carried a spoon in his shirt pocket It seemed
a little strange. When the busboy brought our water and utensils, I noticed he
also had a spoon in his shirt pocket. Then I looked around saw that all the
staff had spoons in their pockets.
When the waiter came back to serve our soup I asked, “Why the spoon?” “Well,
“he explained, “the restaurant’s owners hired Andersen Consulting to revamp
all our processes.
After several months of analysis, they concluded that the spoon was the most
frequently dropped utensil. It represents a drop frequency of approximately
3 spoons per table per hour. If our personnel is better prepared, we can
reduce the number of trips back to the kitchen and save 15 man-hours per shift.”
As luck would have it, I dropped my spoon and he was able to replace it with
his spare. I’ll get another spoon next time I go to the kitchen instead of
making an extra trip to get it right now.”
I was impressed. I also noticed that there was a string hanging out of the
waiter’s fly. Looking around, I noticed that all the waiters had the same
string hanging from their flies. So before he walked off, I asked the
waiter, “Excuse me, but can you tell me why you have that string right
there?”
“Oh, certainly!” Then he lowered his voice. “Not everyone is so
observant. That consulting firm I mentioned also found out that we can save
time in the restroom. By tying this string to the tip of you know what, we
can pull it out without touching it and eliminate the need to wash our
hands, shortening the time spent in the restroom by 76.39 percent.
I asked “After you get it out, how do you put it back?”
“Well,” he whispered, “I don’t know about the others, but I use the spoon
Here is an example of another reason why the current system is unacceptable and must be replaced by the FairTax. In just the last couple of weeks newspapers, television shows, and radio shows have all highlighted the growing tension between the American public and the Internal Revenue code.
Tension spilled over when the IRS tried to sneak through a new rule which allowed the IRS to allow others to sell your personal and private information which they force you to disclose under penalty of law. One more reason why we should pass the FairTax today! To read more details on this story click here: http://www.philly.com/mld/inquirer/business/14147002.htm.
Statement from Lt. Governor David Dewhurst
Friday, March 31, 2006
“As the Sharp Tax Commission unveils its new comprehensive business tax plan, I want to thank the members for their hard work. I have always opposed a business or personal income tax, and during last year’s Session recommended reforming the state franchise tax by dramatically lowering the rate, closing business loopholes and creating a level playing field. The Senate will consider any tax reform the House sends us, because we all want to solve the lawsuit and lower local school property taxes, plus, I believe, improve our public schools. Again, we will lower local school property taxes and solve the lawsuit, but we must also improve our children’s education by putting more money in the classroom, providing incentives and increasing performance, accountability and financial transparency.”

Re: Dewhurst’s stupid comment
The only way to improve the public schools is to allow competition. Ooops. I forgot. That’s an idea supported by real conservatives.
Anyone else hear some of the audio clips of Slick Jorge W Bush II in Cancun? It’s unbelievable to hear the things he says.
He is apologizing to V Fox because of our democratic process. He thinks the problems we are having are good because the free market is driving the problems. He is nothing more than a whipped puppy dog to V Fox. He will come back to America with his tail between his legs. Hope he flies the Mexican flag in Crawford when he gets there because that is the country he pledges allegiance to.
500,000 illegal alien lawbreakers marching in the streets are just another day at the office for him.
George Bush is selling this country out on the fast track. Oh yeah….I forgot its not just GW’s fault..but it is his wish and his mouth those words are coming out of.
I am tired of hearing his global bullshit!
What about America assh-le?
Who again is going to sign this scamnesty into law?
Daniel after you have had a few beers, you need to
calm down. I support your position, but I don’t
support your language. All you have to do is think
while your typing and insert whatever where you want to insert cusswords. It’s easy that p$ick
hamous does it all the time and I amd going to
kick his a$$ the next time I see him.
Please stop the madness, or I can no longer support
or defend your actions. If you continue to disrespect LST I will drop you like a smacktle ball
tomatoe.
Good Morning!
Here’s a good one:

Ain’t that the truth ….. getting to be where you have to be a millionare and know Spanish to live in Texas.
Let businesses know that you will not spend your money there or buy their products if they:
Knowingly hire illegals
Advertise on Spanish radio stations or TV (they helped spread the word to the illegals and are sympathetic to them)
Fly a Mexican flag
This is something we can all do!!
The time for action is now.

Apathy kills!
BTW..is that principal still employed by HISD?
WHY?
Here is princi-pal with no principles Bobbies email.

Light this loser up!
His garbage reminds me of permissive parenting.
Silly me,I thought GWB was going to Mehico to tell Vince Fox to stop sending all his people here and to help bring law and order to the Mehican border.
It seems he went there to reassure Vince Fox everything is OK and to keep em coming. The end is near.
Can somone please tell Edd that schools in Texas are NOT uS government property. They are not even State of Texas property.
The only flag that should fly on State of Texas property is the Texas flag. Even the uS flag be under it.
The Mexican flag belongs, maybe, in a hole, at least, 3ft deep, at the base of our poles.
Historical flags presentations excepted.
DJ - what are you doing? I made you a star! I thought I had an exclusive! Such loyalty!
LOL glad to see you back here. The message you’ve been spreading is dominating the news these days and it’s only going to snowball.
Viva America!
Better yet, buried at the base of the San Jacinto monument.
Look at the Estupido update, the first picture:
Looks like some of those kids are throwing gang signs… I see two MS 13 gang hand signs on the first picture!!
Yeah, we want to welcome these guys here!!
DanielJames,
I e-mailed that Pambello bozo. Thanks for putting the info out on his e-mail address. Pambello deserves every bit of the negative feedback I hope he receives. I would encourage all of you to write him if you haven’t already. Here’s what I sent him:
It’s short and to the point, but hopefully enough people will do the same that the school will have no choice but to take disciplinary action against him. The whole thing is really almost too much for me to believe. A guy who is paid via our tax money raises a Mexican flag at an American school. I’ve commented on here about the dangers of political correctness before, and this Pambello guy is a perfect example of that.

Thank You!
A First a couple of things…
I was called a one issue man. Ouch!
Sarge stated …I was overstating the issue. Ouch!
This is our country folks!!! “We the People”!
They are our servants!!!!!!!
Lets take it back!

Here is another illegal alien doing a job most Americans wont do.
http://www.svherald.com/articles/2006/03/30/local_news/news4.txt
There is something very large brewing in Arizona!!
Thats all I can say for now…as I dont have all the details. The People will speak! Please remember ..right or wrong…agree or disagree..many Americans are outraged. There is a reckoning coming.
This nation did not become great by laying down.
DanielJames. Do you have a web site? Would like to get more information from you.

No but I will gladly compile a list of sites I think are useful with folks that are fairly reasonable (not racists).
Ten Worst Border-Security Congressmen ~

REMEMBER GOLIAD!!
REMEMBER THE ALAMO!!
CLOSE THE BORDER NOW!!!
It can be done.
Damn my Constitution Classes are paying off!
Does anyone here know what ex-post facto means?
Give this some thought folks!
Title 8

(b) Improper time or place; civil penalties

attempting to enter) the United States at a time or place other than as designated by immigration officers shall be subject to a civil

$250,000, or both.
(d) Immigration-related entrepreneurship fraud
Any individual who knowingly establishes a commercial enterprise for the purpose of evading any provision of the immigration laws shall be imprisoned for not more than 5 years, fined in accordance with title 18, or both.
Daniel,
If you don’t mind, summarize up your #’s 28 and 31 for us. I’m taking you to mean that we have full constitutional authority already to prosecute illegal immigration, so why the need for ex post facto? All we need to do is use the constitution as it already exists.
#32
Thats correct and our gov can not make any new laws!
Or am I reading this all wrong?
The U.S. Constitution’s Article 1 Section 9, C.3 states: ‘No Bill of Attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed,
if you were another bear and came across a panda, who told you he/she was also a bear; would you start laughing ?

DJ, Dude
But who with the authority has the cajones to enforce any of this? Only a very few. Law enforcement has their hands tied. The gov’t is too squishy and has to check the wind first.
We need to send a loud message NOW. Boycott and send emails to businesses that we will not shop there if they advertise on Spanish Radio, TV. They spread the word to get to the streets. Let us speak. Remember Bill Maher, Dixie Chicks….
Use our money as a weapon. I ain’t got much, and it would do me good to cut back a bit, heck, bank what we don’t spend.
DanielJames - please keep in touch. keybutch@ev1.net.

#52 - Big, there’s huge difference between their liberals and ours. When they got caught, they were at least honorable about it and did this:
Surprise, surprise!!

Make it really hurt for Mexico.
Bush Bucks his Oath.

Oh, yeah, that’s the ticket.. Make it legal, then we won’t have any more illegals.

Interesting statistic. Anyone care to hazard a guess as to why we don’t have 12 million illegal immigrants from Canada here?

I suggest he close down his worthless library, move out of that nice house, and donate all their money to the world’s poor. Maybe even some of that expensive used underwear he has!
Big,
Maybe Mrs. C could talk Wallyworld into giving up some of their obscene profits for the world’s poor. Oops… nevermind… they’re on the outs now that Hillary has her political appearance to consider. Funny how that works, isn’t it?
What’s our resident Libertarian’s take on the party’s immigration platform?
Get ready for a Democrat Senate. Republicans hold their senator’s feet to the fire and will split with other Republicans to show their disdain for all of this. The Dems know this and their base and all the other democrat voters will always vote their party, no matter who is running. The House is another story, but could lose some Republicans. Just pray we elect a Republican President or all is lost.
Yes… Hillary Clinton… friend of the unions.

Man, I really need to learn to type better…

a little strange.
Bon appetit, Sonia!

This is another way to get taxes out of illegals, drug dealers and tax avoiders…everytime they buy they pay tax.

Just guessing, Kid, but I assume the adds are a new bonus feature given to LSTs long term advertisers.
The again it could just be Benzion exploiting us to increase his OBSCENE PROFITS so he can quit his real job and lay on the beach.
Well folks. It looks like someone took Savages tip and is filing under the RICO statute.

Can anybody make sense of this doubletalk?
Is a civil/culture war looming?

Sure, I can… Fewk em… vote all incumbants out, until the gov’t starts to listen to us, not just mouth the words.

He is utterly disgraceful.

You must have listened to Jerry Doyle!

George Bush is selling this country out on the fast track. Oh yeah….I forgot its not just GW’s fault..but it is his wish and his mouth those words are coming out of.

What are the Minute Men doing? Last I heard they were in Washington protesting. Why not get them on our borders, which is their primary purpose?
Daniel after you have had a few beers, you need to
calm down. I support your position, but I don’t
support your language. All you have to do is think
while your typing and insert whatever where you want to insert cusswords. It’s easy that p$ick
hamous does it all the time and I amd going to
kick his a$$ the next time I see him.
Please stop the madness, or I can no longer support
or defend your actions. If you continue to disrespect LST I will drop you like a smacktle ball
tomatoe.
Or treat him like you treat that midget…I mean dwarf…I mean miniature horse.
And bring it on, Cue Ball!
