Sorry, but it wasn’t Fred Hill. It was Marci:
Marcibit, a 4,000-pound rhinoceros who had resided at the Houston Zoo since the Nixon administration, died Thursday. She was 38.
A Southern white rhino, Marcibit, or "Marci" as she was known to zoo keepers and visitors, came to Houston in 1971 from the Umfolozi Game Reserve in South Africa at the age of four.
A cause of death is not yet known, and zoo officials expect the results of an autopsy within about a month.
Marci was brought to Houston with a male rhino, Samburu, who was a year younger. The pair never produced any offspring and it is rare for rhinos in captivity to do so.
Marci shunned Samburu’s advances, preferring an illicit love affair.

Damn I’m glad I logged in for a moment. Now we know why Benzion was not at the last Brew ha ha.
Wulp back to me rat-killin. See y’all in a week or so I hope.
Given that White Rhino’s are the second largest land mammal (behind Elephants), David must have one of these:

re: illicit love affair
I saw that one coming up 5th Avenue with the Macy’s parade. That thing in front of David even looks like one of the parade balloons!
Why do we always have to bring race into everything. Can they just say rhino?
