That would be a leftard troll! NWOR!

I thank God everyday that the leftards are not in control of our military.

Our soldiers fighting keep people like you safe in your home enabling you to spew venom without repercussions. Shame on you sir.
    And I might add, troll.

If you haven’t already, go to the Patriot Guard Riders website Ree-C posted and read the section, Why Do We Ride. These guys are worthy of our support, IMHO.

  8. Big45Iron on June 13th, 2006 at 8:55 am

Thanks Ree-C for a great story. It shows what America is really like when you get out of that small blue rats nest.

We salute you PFC Brett Tribble, and thank you for the life you laid down for our freedom.

As I posted yesterday (but a lot shorter) If now for men like PFC Brett Tribble who are willing to give thier lives for our freedom, by fighting in a foriegn land, far from the comforts of home, you and I would be facing a terror war in bombs and insurgents right here in our own homes. We would be living a life we can not immagine, of fear and horror and loss. If not for the brave men like PFC Brett Tribble.

PFC Brett Tribble, your mother, your father, your buddies at arms, we honor you today!

thank you for deleting anti-american and anti-military crap, but would you consider deleting this Tommy Jefferson persons ID and not allow such posts. It is degrading to our military to allow such trash to post.

  11. navymom on June 13th, 2006 at 9:05 am

I salute this fallen soldier, and offer a sincere THANK YOU to him and his familiy for their ultimate sacrifice.

How unfortunate there are those who are able-bodied young men and women who prefer to sit on their asses and collect welfare and government assistance, then bash their country for not doing “enough.” Well their “enough” nowhere compares to the “ENOUGH” this solider has given.

  12. hefitz on June 13th, 2006 at 11:37 am

The PGR will continue to honor our fallen brothers and sisters. That is our mission and we take it very seriously.

I can only hope that the Tribble family will find some comfort in knowing that their son’s sacrifice was not in vain and that their grief is shared by their community which laid him to rest yesterday.

    God Speed PFC Tribble.

Riding With Private Malone, by David Ball

    http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/print.php?what=tab&id=61582

I was just out of the service
    Thumbin’ through the classifieds
When an ad that said “Old Chevy”
    Somehow caught my eye
The lady didn’t know the year
    Or even if it ran
But I had that thousand dollars in my hand

It was way back in the corner of this old ramshackle barn
With thirty years of dust and dirt on that green army tarp
And when I pulled the cover off
    It took away my breath
    What she called a Chevy
    Was a sixty-six Corvette

And I felt a little guilty as I counted out the bills
But what a thrill I got
When I sat behind the wheel
    I opened up the glovebox
And that’s when I found the note
The date was 1966 and this is what he wrote

He said my name is Private Andrew Malone
And if your readin’ this, then I didn’t make it home
But for every dream that’s shattered
    Another one comes true
This car was once a dream of mine
    Now it belongs to you
Though you may take her and make her your own
You’ll always be riding with Private Malone

Well it didn’t take me long at all
    I had her runnin’ good
I loved to hear those horses thunder underneath her hood
I had her shinin’ like a diamond and I put the rag top down
All the pretty girls would stop and stare as I drove her through town

The buttons on the radio didn’t seem to work quite right
But it picked up that Oldie’s Show
    Especially late at night
    I’d get the feeling sometimes
If I’d turn real quick I’d see
    A soldier ridin’ shotgun
In the seat right next to me

He was a young man named Private Andrew Malone
Who fought for his country and never made it home
But for every dream that’s shattered
    Another one comes true
This car was once a dream of his back when it was new
He told me to take her and make her my own
And I was proud to be riding with Private Malone

One night it was rainin’ hard
I took the curve too fast
There’s not much I remember about that firey crash
But someone said they thought they saw a soldier pull me out
    They didn’t get his name
But I know without a doubt

It was a young man named Private Andrew Malone
Who fought for his country and never made it home
But for every dream that’s shattered
    Another one comes true
This car was once a dream of his back when it was new
And I know I wouldn’t be here if he hadn’t tagged along
Oh thank God I was riding with Private Malone

#14… First and foremost, the “Riders” attend the funerals of our nations heroes to honor them, show respect for their sacrifice and console their family in any way we can. It is understood that the PGR will in no way interact with members of the Phelp’s “so called” church.

We do however make it a point to position our members in strategic locations to shield the families from being able to see any type of protests. All they will see is an ocean of Red, White and Blue.

It takes a lot of discipline to not strangle the life out of someone who would protest at the funeral of a patriot. But, the less exposure these maggots get the better.

The PGR will continue our mission even if the Phelps “church” were to disappear tomorrow.

  20. Ree-C Murphey on June 13th, 2006 at 1:50 pm

I just posted an update with links to pictures made by a couple of the riders. Please go take a look.

I don’t know about you, but I am always bowled over by how Americans can take things into their own hands, and do the right thing.

These riders deserve a lot of thanks for what they do.

  21. djklikna on June 13th, 2006 at 10:35 pm

Danbury did this soldier and his family the greatest honor. Thank God for the PGR and all of those that do the right thing.

As for this Tommy Jefferson character, I’m glad I didn’t get to read his posts. I don’t think he even deserves a monachre that resembles one of the great founders of this country. How about we change his name to “smoked one too many”

  22. Tommy Jefferson on June 14th, 2006 at 1:03 am

I see, honoring America’s soliders by killing less of them is a bad thing.

  23. hefitz on June 14th, 2006 at 7:14 am

    #22

Wrong…….Not honoring them for their sacrifice and service is a bad thing.

Perhaps you could personally deliver your pacifist rhetoric to the islamofacist and ask them to please stop killing American soldiers as well as their neighbors.

I see you’ve been skulking around.

  25. Big45Iron on June 14th, 2006 at 8:37 am

Tommy, if you want to kill fewer soldiers, cut out your garbage and support their efforts. If you get off your butt and go out and meet them, you’ll find the ones doing the fighting, the bleeding, and the dying support the war.
