House OKs bill guarding Pledge from courts

    http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20060719/ap_on_go_co/pledge_protection

WASHINGTON - The House, citing the nation’s religious origins, voted Wednesday to protect the Pledge of Allegiance from federal judges who might try to stop schoolchildren and others from reciting it because of the phrase “under God.”

The legislation, a priority of social conservatives, passed 260-167. It now goes to the Senate where its future is uncertain.

looks like a good place for target practice to me…

Islam has no place even in a country famous for religious freedom because what Islam has largely become worldwide is a bastion of hatred, oppression, inequality for women, supporter of terrorism, you name it. Where are all the peaceful muslims speaking out against the terrorism meted out by all of the violent segments of their fellow muslims?

The Constitution, which made this country great for so many years, is probably going to be its downfall because it allows this type of crap.

  6. Big45Iron on July 19th, 2006 at 5:24 pm

Shakey, got a million bucks that the 2nd Amendment (same Constitution) says you’re wrong.

  7. vlou on July 19th, 2006 at 5:33 pm

This is treason. They should strip them of their passports and their citizenship and send them to Guantanamo with the terrorists. No questions asked!

Our Constitution is becoming a suicide note.

  9. texaskaz on July 19th, 2006 at 5:45 pm

Here is email I got from daughter in Israel today:
    “hey,
so we were going to go the beach today, but there is supposedly two suicide bombers driving around in our area…. sooooo we are staying inside… just thought you should know… love you.”
After the bomber WAS caught, she continued to support Eretz Yisrael with her money, by going to Tel Aviv to shop!

my .02….the above people in the picture ARE taking over…by way of immigration and massive birthrates. It is ALL part of their long term plan…

I’m no constitutional scholar but, the way I see it, if these protesters are here on visa’s, green cards, students, or simply just here and NOT Americans they shouldn’t have any right to protest in the streets of America. Our constitution is for the Americans to have the right to assimilate not some smoe’s from other countries. I’m sure everyone here has seen the email that says “if you don’t like it here or don’t like our government then exercise one other great American Right…….. LEAVE!!

So many murderers are described in the news as “a recent convert to islam…”

Why does death and misery follow islam everywhere?

    islam is death.

  12. Neocon on July 19th, 2006 at 8:22 pm

Islam is indeed death. All Islamics in this great nation need to be deported. No questions asked, no questions ansawered. If your are Islamic, you go. Period. Paragraph!

    Posted above too but don’t miss;
    TEXAS we have a problem:

    Our Lebanon soon:

Consider this: Sheriff Rick Flores of Laredo, Texas, testified that 37 members of the Mexican military — after having been trained in narcotics warfare by the U.S. military at Fort Benning, Ga. — have defected to the side of drug cartels in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico, after being offered four to five times more in pay. Also, it is believed by some members of the law-enforcement community that al Qaeda loyalists have been offering Mexican gang members large sums of money for the smuggling of radical Islamist operatives into the United States. And, even more frightening, is the fact that Muslim prayer rugs have been discovered by U.S. Border Patrol agents along immigration paths on the U.S. side of the border.

The Muslim faith is not a religion.
It is a manifesto of and for terrorism, hatred, intolerance, etc.
The American people must wake up and understand what is slowly happening all over this country.
We have been invaded and our government refuses to protect it’s citizens. Israel would not let this happen.
#5 I agree in part. Our politicians, repubs and dems could stop this if they had the balls. These muslim zealots could not have done this in wwII era.
The constitution is not at fault, it’s our leaders. Bush has let me down, as a voter, if this continues.

I have written my “Top Ten” list of captions which can be used for either picture:

    1) We want to thank the liberal media for telling ONLY our side of the story.

    2) We want to thank the liberals for all that we have here in America.

    3) Will you quit calling our leader as “Raghead”!!!!! He has a name and it isn’t “Porky” either.

    4) Your Constitution allows us to be idiots!!!!

    5) Yeah!!! We’re terrorists–so what, its America.

    6) Yeah!!! We’re free to be stupid here in America.

    7) Yeah!!! We’re full of sh*t and proud of it!!!

    8) I need two tickets back to the Middle East!!

    9) I dare you to deport us!!!

    10) Only in America, can we protest against the country we live in.

I hope you all enjoy these.
