Terminally perforated. It’s a shame! The gun shop owners used disproportionate force! They should have responded with a knife of similar proportions.

Reminds me of that scene in one of the Indiana Jones movies.

    This is neat

    Errors, mistakes etc.:
This one is the best: On the streets of Cairo, when Marion is kidnapped, Indiana Jones is confronted by a man wielding a scimitar. The guy is being very fancy with it, and Indy just shoots him. For many people this is the funniest part of the movie, it is also reminded in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom. This was funny, but originally he was supposed to fight him with the whip. Harrison Ford was suffering from a bad case of the flu or other illness, felt too bad to use the whip, pulled out his gun and created one of the most memorable moments of the film.

How many times do I have to tell you,…Don’t take a knife to a gun fight!!

Dave, those that fail to learn that lesson will always end up venilated/perforated…. Which is fine with me that is what they deserve.

Did you guys listen to the audio? The dad of the supposed shooter? ‘Glad it’s not my son at the hospital with his guts hanging out’. I love it! ;)

They allow “guns” in New Zealand?

Maybe its time the laws were changed to help the criminals (because of their stupidity) as much as we can. The government should pass a law fining and/or jailing any person using a disproportionate amount of retaliation in defending oneself against an unintelligent criminal (who now has the insantiy plea added to their defense arsenal) in the commission of a crime. Where is the ACLU on this??

#8 - it gets better. I live in New Zealand now (native Texan) and they are investigating whether or not the gun was loaded prior to the idiot coming in with a machete. Laws prevent you from having a loaded gun in either your house or business. Question now is “did he load the gun once the idiot entered or was it already loaded?” Looks like the libs will try to get the shooter. Pretty f*&$ed up!!! I can get a license for a gun but must keep it in a locked cabinet with the bullets in another room. They randomly come by and inspect for this and huge fines can be given. If you shoot someone robbing your house while inside your house - you will probably go to jail. God bless Texas!

well, it is still better to be alive and in jail, than dead….

those dang socialists need to grow a pair.

agreed - let it be known that most people I know here disagree with this law although no movement to change it. I’m asking forgiveness - not permission.
