The catchword nowadays seems to be ‘world opinion’.
All the usual suspects are clamoring for Israel to stop shooting. If they stop now it will cost them and the western world dearly. If Israel stops now it will amount to a defeat! Had Adolf and Hirohito
had the same antiwar american media available to them, they would now rule the world. Funny thing, when the allies were dropping bombs every night in Germany we never saw any media people showing the plight of German children.

According to some sources, that building actually fell eight hours after the IDF attack…

the personns who clamor israel to stop his raid are Koffi and the Lebanon president. The lebanese president doesn’t have the control of his country he is invaded by syrians secret services and iranians too. Hezbollah is helped by iranians too.

The Israel made some mistakes with those ar forces strikes and that is normale to stop striking Lebanon during 48h
Do you think that 48h is a long time to say that israel will lose ??????

No because they are twice stronger than their enemies, Israel is the 4th army of the world and to compare this case of cease fire with Hirohito and Hitler is not convenient because It was a diferent case.

/Funny thing, when the allies were dropping bombs every night in Germany we never saw any media people showing the plight of German children./

It was a world war, this case was in a big emergency and didn’t let any journalist to defend the German children

And now maybe the attack of the Qana village fell eight hours after the IDF attack but except this case there are more lebanese civilian dead than israelies civilians and Hezbollah terrorists so It’s normal to stop only during 48h the air force strike

well we have a 48 hour reprieve on bombing. plus israel said to civilians get out of south lebanon now!

well if civilians get killed after this who is to blame?

the press will figure out a way.

Imagine you in your country and I’m the president of the country forward you. If I say that I will strike your area and then you have to go will you agree with me that I will probably destroy your house, or will you stay in your house because your at home and nobody has the right to fire you ???? You have to understand why the lebaneses don’t quite their houses.

and no body has to be blamed because for me the israelies civilians and the lebanese civilians are the victims of this conflict.

THe press won’t figure out a way, they are in the truth, the press speaks about dead civilians from both side and they are more important than Hezbollah, because the more dead civilians It will be, the more hatred between both side It will be too and peace won’t be possible.

I think they have to stop the air force raids for a moment

  7. golfer1 on July 31st, 2006 at 8:32 am

Geoffroy #6 - okay, “a moment”. By the time I finish typing this, that moment will be over and Israel can resume defending herself…I’m typing slowly so the entire moment may lapse…

do you think the people in the world trade center would have evacuated if they knew a terrorist threat was going to happen?

    Golfer 1

They are 47 israelies dead from the rockets of Katyusha. Then Israel has got the right to defend herself. And I agreed with a military operation against Hezbollah and I always agree. But know, there is 400 Lebaneses civilians killed ( don’t forget the word civilian ). More civilans killed than Hezbollah terrorists killed and more civilians lebaneses killed than civilians israelies. It’s because Israel made some mistakes with those air strikes( I don’t blame them for that the mistake is human and everybody and all the armies can make some mistakes, that is not the question ).

Then this operation is a failure because the goal of this fact was to attack the terrorists ( the forces of terror like your president said in Miami ). and those civilians dead can increase the popularity of Nasrallah and the hatred of Israel too.

SO yes the justice was in the side of Israel but if with some mistakes israel kills more civilians than terrorists ( they are coward because they use civilians like sheld and that is why justice cannot be on the side of hezbollah abd they are terrorists so I won’t defend them ) justice cannot be on the side of Israel too and this war is very moral.

that means that Hezbollah wait after the israelies to kill thoses own civilians and then they will can blame then and at the eyes of the world israel seems criminals.

    that is why my advice for Israel is to finish is raid know because there are so dead and the situation can degenerated in a third world war ( that won’t solve the situation }

    Downjones25k

the 11 september is a different case. I mean that the goal of the terrorits was only to kill civilians ( they only know to do that ) so they didn’t prevent.

But even if the hezbollah received the advice of lebaneses to quite their civilians they won’t do that because the only thing they want is Israel to seem culprit.
Then they have to stop the air strikes and if the situation become so bad they have to stop all the operations even the soldiers

  11. Geoffroy on August 1st, 2006 at 4:25 pm

But even if the hezbollah received the advice of /israelies/
