This office doesn’t need to be abolished, that view is myopic.

For those in Montgomery County, Please re-elect Martha Gustavsen again! Oh wait! She’s unopposed…Nevermind! :)

I almost forgot about this one, I voted not so much for Garcia, as I did against Sanchez. I’m surprised that you have the exact same opinion as I, great minds think alike!

Another bureaucratic position that needs to be abolished. Talk about big government!!!

I have previously disagreed with David on this AT LENGTH. And I continue to do so. I was and am still the minority in this poll. GopBob is right. this “burn it down to save it” mentality is myopic and will come back to bite you.

Ror– how can it bite us if the position is abolished?

Amen to the position being abolished. I worked for Harris County when the Treasurer did nothing. The auditors did all the work and they were monitored by Commissioner’s Court. No need for a wasteful position.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Garcia and his mother today. I like what he had to say, and he is getting my vote!
