When President puts his hands on a person’s shoulder in public and states that he is doing a fine job, red flag should go up in that person’s mind.
That should tell him his days are numbered!

Well, Iran, Syria, the terrorists, Vincente Fox, Democrats, etc… will be partying tonight! Hope it’s a whopper of a hangover.

To me, and everyone I know from texas to the Northeast, the number one issue in this election was illegal immigration. Seems the media and Mr. Bush know everyone else, not the people I know. They want to say it was Iraq, because it fits their agenda. And Iraq was an issue, Bush was as incompetent on that as he has been on controlling OUR OWN borders. He didn’t control their borders either. He and Rumsfeld tried to play this game of minimal deployment. Nonsense. If you want to win a war, you do what is necessary — you send the troops over there to close that border and allow Iraqia to choose their own government without interference from other extremist countries. But no, they decided to win it like they decided to win the elections here at home — by leaving borders open. For this family, the fact that they were more worried about Iraq then they were about Texas is the reason they lost.

It is hard to decide whether to laugh or cry when you see the President make comments like this…

“The election has changed many things in Washington, but it has not changed my fundamental responsibility, and that is to protect the American people from attack.”

    While halfway around the world….

“Taliban fighters talk tactics - while safe in Pakistan”

“But Hilal says he is the co-leader of 200 Taliban fighters who operate across the border in Afghanistan. “Two years ago, we only attacked Afghan officials, but now we have so many Talibs that we can attack Americans,” he boasts.”

“In a rare interview with a Western reporter, Hilal and three other Afghan Taliban fighters describe how they slip into Afghanistan, attack NATO and Afghan forces, and return to Pakistan to rest.”

“”Everybody in the neighborhood knows we are Talibs,” says Noman, a 19-year-old fighter with a blue-white block-printed turban. “Paki-stan is a little bit free for us.”"

Maybe we should have “mission accomplished” in Afghanistan before we wasted our resources in Iraq.

I trust you all understand the real deal behind “the border situation”.

@1 Rahmann: And because of blithering socialist imbeciles like you both, (you and GW) so are the days of our Republic.

If you actually have something that isn’t completely non sensical, then out with it!!Otherwise, go gloat somewhere else you putz.

Look at things in another light and that is the market. The dow, s&p and nasdaq are going to correct no question - only question is how much - retest of ‘02 lows or lower (historic P/E Ratio of 5 to 7 before a bottom. Dow to 4,000 and Nasdaq well to low to estimate. When these puppies start to fall it will be who can get out of the way and push the other party in front of the boulder. Potential causes are an increase interest rates, increasing gas prices ($4/gallon next year), falling dollar, raising taxes, increased government spending, decrease consumer spending or housing market slump. Some business analysis will tell you we are smarter and the markets won’t go that low - sales talk - history dictates policy not salespersons. If the market begins to fall based upon speeches by demos then their agenda will change from all this border and increasing taxes to finding a way to blame then rinos. Remember the market is at an all time high and it ain’t a good time to be taking the resposibility for a downturn in the economy.

Why have we allowed foreigners to enter our country and dictate to us how we are to live and how we are to receive them and provide for them and whatever else they demand of us? How did we lose control and why did we allow it? How can foreigners come into the U.S. and be allowed to remove the American flag and raise their foreign flag to fly in its place? How can our schools participate in this and think it is right? Do they not teach about such things in the classroom and what it means for another country to do this? We are a nation out of control because we the People have allowed it to happen. We have become fat and lazy and have given up. It is time to step up and take our country back from the foreigners and our Government needs to respond. We the People must make a stand. A Nation that continues to create laws without enforcing current laws is a Nation out of control.
    Enough is enough is enough.

    5. Nearly 25% of all inmates in California detention centers are Mexican nationals here illegally.
    6. Over 300,000 illegal aliens in Los Angeles County are living in garages.
    7. The FBI reports half of all gang members in Los Angeles are most likely illegal aliens from south of the border.
