   The Dems may draft a plan but they cannot cut and run because the profiteers (western and Arab) will create further instability to drive oil prices higher.

   The Repubs didn’t have a plan for Iraq either. Otherwise, they would have known that an invasion in Iraq would only help totalitarian regimes around the world (esp oil-producing ones) earn $60+ per barrel.
