NEW ORLEANS — Brown Group International _ considered a pioneer in community policing programs _ will help the New Orleans Police Department establish the practice.

“It recognizes that the police alone cannot do an adequate job of protecting the people,” said company CEO Lee P. Brown, a chief public safety and law enforcement official in Houston, Atlanta and New York. “It recognizes that the people alone can’t do it. But if you bring those two together you have one awesome force.”
The program will begin with an analysis of the police department, its mission, how it responds to crime, how it works with the community, and how it performs, Brown said.

The Mayor of New Orleans has moved from just “stuck on stupid” to Criminally Stupid.

The only positive thing Lee brown did was to make Bill White seem to be a normal politician.

Some Older areas are not below sea level and the oil infrastructure is critical to the economic security of the North American Union
NOLA proper is not critical to the oil infrastructure as it were. Especially the older areas as those areas are primarily tourist based businesses.
Facilities for the oil infrastructure can remain even if NOLA is returned to the swamp.
