What is it with The View? You have to be a fat commediane to get a job there? I would love to see Michelle Malkin on The View! Hasseldorf (sp) is also gone, due to pregnancy. I guess they will replace her with some milk toast conservative who will not be heard over Roseanne. Sick, this show.

  2. Neocon on April 30th, 2007 at 7:58 pm

BTW, Bigjolly, I am NOT watching that video!

  3. bigjolly on April 30th, 2007 at 8:00 pm

    I dare you….

  4. Neocon on April 30th, 2007 at 8:05 pm

    Bigjolly,

Nope, ain’t goin’ to do it! I can withstand a dare! Besides, I heard it before. She made a mockery of our National Anthem.

  5. bigjolly on April 30th, 2007 at 8:11 pm

Bummer. How’s about this one? You gonna take this dare???

  6. PBFloyd on April 30th, 2007 at 8:12 pm

    Neo: I like the idea of Michelle Malkin as a possibility! And, maybe Ann Coulter might get some consideration too, what do you think? O;

  7. Squawkbox Noise on April 30th, 2007 at 8:19 pm

Dang Jolly Warn us when you do that. ROTFLOL

  8. Neocon on April 30th, 2007 at 8:19 pm

Bigjolly, you are EVIL and must be destroyed! Yuch!

I would love either one of them on The View, although I know it won’t happen. Hasseldorf was conservative lite and they won’t allow a strong conservative on the show. God Bless Elizabeth, but she just wasn’t up to it. Michelle would walk all over the other hosts, IMHO. Not to even mention Coulter!

    I can’t believe y’all clicked….

We used to listen to The View at work, until Rosie started her crap. The unspoken rule was, that if I got to work 1st, we listened to Bob Barker. If Cindy was 1st, we got to listen to The View. I was usually always 1st! Joy is even hard to listen to…

Babs has lost what little credit she had with me. She would gain it back if it was Michelle Malkin!

Neocon is right. Just a pipe dream.

I usually don’t add to the dialogue, but here goes.
Rosie was a left wing whack job but she was also the gift to conservatives that kept on giving. Most people knew this and tuned in just to see what she would say next. You want to know what the far left (and I mean far, far left) was thinking? She was the mouthpiece. These people are a small minority but they get a lot of press cause they’re nutjobs and people just love seeing a trainwreck. As for Roseanne, I don’t even know if she’s political. The current fad (granted, a long one) among the celebrity elite is to bash conservatives and I don’t think she will be any different. Don’t get to worked up about a show geared to women that work at home, raising their family. They have more sense than you might think.

jhm382: What freakin’ urked me the most, is that when Rosie spewed her crap, almost EVERYONE in the audience cheered and clapped loudly. It made me want to puke. Personally, I would of booo-ed very loudly.

You should not shy away from adding to the dialogue! You are spot on!

Roseanne is political BTW — typical leftie.

    I don’t watch
    The View
    David Letterman
    Jay Leno
    Conan O’Brain

All for that reason. Oh yeah the list is longer but you get the idea.

Sqwawk: I agree with you. That’s why I leave my house way earlier to get control of the T.V.! I’ve seen The View from the news. I also make it a point to change the station to 13 at 5:30pm so Katie Couric will not get ratings either.

    I have a J O B, I go to W O R K.
I need to get PAID, So I can pay my TAXES.

My Question, is just who watches “The View” and how is any money be made from this.
C-SPAN has better programs than ABC.
I do not understand the cash flow, or market on morning TV,

  17. Rastus on April 30th, 2007 at 9:35 pm

Here we are complaining about “The Stew” or something like that, and we can’t even find a decent republican to run for the top office in the land. Who cares what happens on the Sick Women’s Channel?

  18. Neocon on April 30th, 2007 at 9:46 pm

Rastus, we do have a decent republican who will run — Fred Thompson. I don’t watch this crap, except videos on Hotair that detail their stupidity!

  19. T-Hawkk on April 30th, 2007 at 10:14 pm

Most importantly, they will never put an attractive conservative like Michelle or Ann on there.

Not only would they make the current battle axes look hideous, can you imagine how they would wipe the floor with them intellectually?

Who cares about that stupid show anyway. Baba Wawa is one of the most liberal people I’ve had the misfortune to be forced to listen to at various times…

    How does

  20. Adee on April 30th, 2007 at 11:26 pm

Sean Hannity has an interview with Fred Thompson on tomorrow night’s Hannity and Colmes. Run, Fred, run. The Gipper is smiling on you.

  21. Meglet on April 30th, 2007 at 11:29 pm

Well Rosie did do ONE thing…she made me realize that Joy isn’t as bad as I thought she was!!! I mean Rosie got off on a couple of rants SO FAR DOWNHILL that even JOY helped to defend all that is true and just in this world.

  22. gadboy on April 30th, 2007 at 11:57 pm

Michelle Malkin? is she still around?

  23. Lawrence C. on May 1st, 2007 at 7:54 am

Michelle Malkin - not only a stud conservative but a real cutie in her own right. She has my vote.

  24. hamous on May 1st, 2007 at 9:02 am

No offense to the GLOLST but why on earth would anyone watch The View anyway? A couple of years ago, SNL did a skit about that show. All the women eventually ended up cackling and scratching the ground like a bunch of hens. LMAO!

As an elementary school kid I remember dreading to stay home from school because in our two channel world there was nothing on TV but game shows and some stupid hen party called “Girl Talk”.

  25. jhm382 on May 3rd, 2007 at 11:15 pm

To those that can’t understand why people in the audience cheer when Rosie blathers, you have to remember…These people care enough to go to the trouble of getting tickets for the show, (probably a long wait). They arrange for transportation. They have a hotel in Manhattan, and they are going to see the sights! That includes seeing “The View” because it’s an event for them. They can tell their friends! They get caught up in the excitement and find themselves cheering, even if they may not agree with everything that is said. It’s entertainment and that’s what they want. The audience is also skewed because the show leans (way) left and only those so inclined will make an effort to attend. The middle-of-the road types will try for “Regis and Kathy” first, or maybe “Emeril Live!” Personally, I’d go for Emeril, I love food and there’s nothing political about it….yet!
