HAMAS/CAIR unindicted co-conspirators list
by David Benzion · 06/04/2007 4:48 pmThere’s been a bit of Internet buzz today with word that the Council on American-Islamic Relations has been named in court filings by the Feds as one of 300 “unindicted co-conspirators” in an upcoming trial of the Dallas-based HAMAS front-group the Holy Land Foundation.
LoneStarTimes.com has gotten a hold of a copy of the full list, which as a general service to the blogosphere, we are providing to all for download (11 pages, pdf).
If you like that we do this sort of thing, feel free to hit the “tip jar” badge below. Consider it a down-payment on the “CAIR vs. LST Legal Defense Fund.”

The blogosphere may find its time well spent by researching the names on this list around the internet. Ghassan Elashi - one of the main defendants - is the co-founder of CAIR’s Texas chapter.
The Richardson-based Elashi family has been in the middle of terrorist convictions for the better part of the last decade. They’re the same guys behind the Holy Land Foundation and INFOCOM raids immediately after 9/11. Ghassan’s brother Ishan is also in federal prison for smuggling computer parts to terrorists in Syria. His other brothers Bayan and Basman are in prison for laundering Hamas money.
There’s also an interesting side note to this story that some readers may remember. The Elashi clan used to be tight with former Dallas mayor Ron Kirk and donated to his mayoral campaigns in the late 90’s.
Is this the same famly that owns Carpet Mills of America based in Plano ? If it is I’ve had some
rather unpleasant busness dealings with them .
