NWOR is correct. Take the scarf off, sit down and wait your turn. EVERYONE takes off their headgear in a court room. EVERYONE….including the judge and court bailiffs.
Our friend, Common Sense, has once again disappeared.

Back in the day, when women wore hats, did they take them off in court?

I hate these stupid libtard ads by google! Is it REALLY necessary to have these on here?

Does LST make money if I click on “Why Mommy is a Democrat or Kucinich for President? Does it COST a libtard somewhere money if I click on it?

Welcome to the USA, the world’s biggest SUPERkitty!

When are we going to stop this crap?

  5. little mike on July 2nd, 2007 at 10:36 am

    # 2 - not according to old Gunsmoke and Bonanza episodes I’ve seen…

  6. bigjolly on July 2nd, 2007 at 10:36 am

I think it’s pretty cool. Google “senses” what the topic on the page is and puts ads up about said topic. That is why you get a link to purchase a hijib or however it is spelled. And it makes Benzion a billionaire in the process. Cool.

  7. bigjolly on July 2nd, 2007 at 10:39 am

For instance, I just clicked on one that offered:

NEW SEQUINED SHAYLAS AND ALL-IN-ONE SCARVES!!

  8. Rastus on July 2nd, 2007 at 10:55 am

Why do you seem surprised when people do exactly what you would expect them to do. Shelia Jackson Lee says something outrageous, and you act surprised. Gov Goodhead, a Democrat who converted to Republican in order to get elected, decides to govern like a Democrat and you act surprised. Boss Hoggwhite dreams up a new fee to impose on his subjects, careful not to call it a tax, and you act surprised. Carol Alvacado behaves like a screaming mimi, and you act surprised. You get the idea. Outrageous people will continue to do outrageous things until they are ignored - then they will try even more outrageous thing in order to reclaim the limelight, and eventually they will “flame” out into obscurity.

  9. Rastus on July 2nd, 2007 at 11:13 am

Oh, I almost forgot. Have you seen Gov Goodhead lately? What about Karl Rove? If you answer no, it’s because they are still hid out trying to fine tune that weather machine. Look what happened here today, and they still haven’t figured out how to isolate it on the right of way for the Trans Texas Corridor. That’s what you need to be worrying about - not some woman wearing a snot rag over her face.

T-hawk what is a libtard? That sounds like something a 2nd grader would say.

  11. gregg on July 2nd, 2007 at 12:32 pm

Wait until Hamas starts getting their people here. They will be walking around in ski masks and carrying AK-47′S. Wonder if they will have to get carry permits?

“Ma’am, you must remove your headscarf to show respect to the court. If you fail to remove it, we will be forced to store it for you by wrapping it tightly around your neck.”

I pray we will not go belly-up and allow this muslim women to wear her scarf in court. Her group ( the muslim ACLU) can go deleted deleted deleted and deleted. They are going to test every law we have that is against any part of Islam……. I am not nice about them anymore.

  15. rcubed on July 2nd, 2007 at 4:13 pm

I do not understand how a Muslim woman can claim she is being discriminated against when wearing traditional scarf. The bailiff should ask from what country she is originally from. If it is one that doen’t permit driving, he then simply ask why was she driving when she knows this is not permitted.

  16. american woman on July 2nd, 2007 at 4:29 pm

rcubed that is brilliant! Why didn’t I think of that!

Now don’t get me wrong but this is just a really big shot in the dark. I think the word is part of liberal and ba$tard combined to make “libtard” which is someone who has ba$tardized being a conservative or another word for RINO. Now I could be wrong.

  19. jimb on July 2nd, 2007 at 8:42 pm

I believe Libtard is a combination of Liberal and Retard myself. But that wouldn’t be politically correct…

  20. vlou on July 2nd, 2007 at 9:30 pm

I am sorry, but this is America and in America we have respect for laws at least most of us. Besides, do we know for sure she is not an al-Qaeda operative under that scarf? She needs to obey the laws in our country or go back to where she came from and stay there. We have enough foreign lawbreakers here, know what I mean?

  21. Darlene M. Crilley on July 2nd, 2007 at 9:53 pm

I prefer libtard as liberal and ba$tard. That makes much more sense to me.

I can no longer stand to see muslims every where I go. God forgive me, I do NOT trust them. One is working in the Kroger on Eldridge and Briar Forest.

By the way, does anyone know Presidente Bush’s Crawford address, I’ve got every picture, every article about him (and the family)and pictures of the TEXAS AIRFORCE ONE. It is my intention to send all of it to him along with a letter. I’ve lost all respect for him.

Yep you are right. But I kind of like my definition. :)

Liberals are retarded, so libtard is redundant.

  24. juniper on September 22nd, 2007 at 2:52 pm

Actually, the judge asked where she was from. She said she was born and raised in the good ole US of A. I followed this in the local Valdosta Daily Times newspaper until coverage for some eason ceased. Locally, it’s thought she was put up to this as a challenge, that she purposely tried to get the speeding ticket in order to challenge the couthouse rules. She is said to have hopes for major coverage. I don’t personally know if her intentions were underhanded, but that’s what I hear. Valdosta does not suffer anti-USA antics lightly, there being hard-boiled patriots waving many flags in these parts. I couldn’t get away with what she did, and neither should she. Her alledged religious beliefs appear to be manufactured.
