Green on the outside, red on the inside…

I think they are referring to John McSwine.

Sounds like a good excuse to stay inside in the AC.

A carbon-based bipedal life form descended from an ape.

    Free the elements!!! C6 baby!!!

They also warned that the increased use of biofuels - such as ethanol and canola…

And what is canola? Just another name for rape seed oil! Further proof that the world is run by a secret group of white men, bent on suppression of all things feminine ;-)

By this logic, the more people that enter a room the darker it will become. How utterly ridiculous. Any person that supports this sort of idiocy should be forcibly restrained from ever writing anything that could be published.

My scientist friends may forget that wordwide crop production has increased massively because of we homo sapiens. So I guess we’re entitled to some of the benefits!

Besides, if we’re only taking 25%, WE’RE NOT TAKING ENOUGH!

By the way, where are our hurricanes this year? I’ve been promised by the media for over a month now that we’re all gonna die any day now from a hurricane, and they can’t even drum up a tropical storm to hype - what’s the deal? How much longer do we have to wait?

The Volkswagen diesel engine was originally designed to run on vegetable oil (canola) not petroleum diesel.

I think fish, marine mammals, amphibians, reptiles, and aquatic birds are using more than their fair share of water. I demand reciprocity! No water, no peace!

There’s only one reasonable solution and these people have it –> http://www.vhemt.org/

I think sunny may be the only one that can settle this.

Maltboy, every time I meet a Vegan I point them to that site hoping they’ll buy into the movement.

    Uhhh… sure. You go first.

    BTW
I have 3 racks of ribs thawing and a brisket, a couple of chickens and some hot dogs for the chil’rens. I’m going to start sending up a butt-load of carbon into the atmosphere by way of smoky pecan wood early tomorrow morning. Any of you want to eat a few salads or buy a hybrid or wipe with one square or something so as to offset my gluttony? Anyone? Hello… Hello… is this thing on?

  16. Maltboy! on July 3rd, 2007 at 2:27 pm

Dude - Read it some more. It’s actually pretty funny. Personally I think it’s a hoax, but the founder (Les U. Knight) has denied that for years. He’s either the best liar ever, or a kook. Either way he’s pretty creative. Check out the Eco Depth Gauge on this page. Good stuff. http://www.vhemt.org/ecology.htm

    Maltboy
At first I thought it was a hoax by the name too. But, those people are so goofy (and it is located in Oregon I believe) that it very well could be true.

I argee with EL Duderino’s take on them… You first :)

I’ll load up my Kahr 9 MM with one round, and let ya’ll go first with the Russian roulette. ;=)

    Maltboy,

I actually couldn’t read the link at work here. It was blocked and categorized as an “advocacy organization”. Hee hee!!!

I had seen it one time before though. I’ll have to give it another go over at home. Between that and Smacktle’s exitmundi… yikes.

How many times have I told you, “Turn off the Sun when you leave the room!”

Woo! Woo! Hat tip to malcolm who posted link to this article at 9:21 this am in open comments thread.
/malcolm nearly breaks arm trying to pat self on back. Keyboard is now dangling from desk and chair is overturned. Cat scrambles off back of chair. Papers are now scattered all over floor. Bride comes in room and says: “DELETED”

Fasternu - apple wood won’t make the ribs taste bitter. I don’t like to “Q” with Pecan.

  23. vlou on July 3rd, 2007 at 5:47 pm

Too bad - I could care less. Tomorrow we are celebrating with a bar-b-qued brisket and all the smoked foods we can find.

The house of cards that is the ‘green’ movement, will ultimately call for the killing off of large sectors of the population. I have always thought that we should let (Make)the enviro-activists buy the “Algore” car or comply with any other mandated fascist programme, first.

Reminds me of something a former employer told me, said his sister (the real owner of the company) was a real “animal rights” believer and one of her saying was “Kill all the people, save all the animals”. I told him to tell her to start with herself. Didn’t go over very well.

  26. Jean on July 4th, 2007 at 7:00 pm

This is one scary cult! If you read some of their responses to “normal” reasons it is warped. Definately a push for the abortion advocates, and probably the euthanasia crowd as well.
The world is going to hades in a huge hand basket!
