Now hold on just a cotton-pickin’ minute. A grow light, AKA, hooked-on-fonics? Hydroponics?, Can grow ‘mater’s ye tall in the winter. Ever had a homegrown ‘mater in the winter? I thought not!
You can grow all kinds of things, ALL year long. Just imagine, the succulent veggies! Onions, portabello mushrooms, carrots, lettuce (which we can barely grow without a grow light), taters, radish…oh, the possiblities!
Just be sure to put tin foil on the inside of the attic roof, so the blackhawk helicopter can’t see your grow light.
Amister– I know your Barry Stone photographer (don’t know if he likes mushrooms; doesn’t matter to me one way or the other). Mrs. Benzion grew up around the corner from him, and he and I have shared many a Thanksgiving meal together.
