Careful there BJ, one more Ron Paul related article, and you run the risk of some nutjob labeling LST as a white supremacist NAZI think tank.

    I can’t escape!!!!!!

  3. little mike on November 14th, 2007 at 2:39 pm

Could you perhaps change the name of the blog to RPT?

    (ducking and running..)

  4. PBFloyd on November 14th, 2007 at 3:05 pm

Shrillary wouldn’t have any qualms about taking $$ from stolen credit cards…..but then her taking dirty $$ doesn’t even rate as a story from the LameStreamMedia anymore…..if it ever did?

    Try it!

Okay, now we’re getting somewhere. We know the line is somewhere between white supremacists and foreign credit card thieves.

  8. Wiseburn on November 14th, 2007 at 3:51 pm

A feature of Paul’s site is it display’s the name and city of recent donors. A thief uses a stolen card on Paul’s site, waits for the name to show up and immediately goes on to make their fraudulent transactions using the credit card numbers.

If the hosting company were smart, there https server wouldn’t allow connections from foreign IP addresses. That would not stop thieves from using proxies though.

Anyway, no big deal. less than 0.1 % of the total donations for Nov 5.

    Steve

I just a link on LGF to the American Thinker that links to the Bramanti’s post about donations to the Paul campaign from Don Black:

There is more. The Texas-based Lone Star Times October 25 publicly requested a response to questions about whether the Paul campaign would repudiate and reject a $500 donation from white supremacist Stormfront.org founder Don Black and end the Stormfront website fundraising for Paul. The Times article lit up the conservative blogosphere for the next week. Paul supporters packed internet comment boards alternately denouncing or excusing the charges. Most politicians are quick to distance themselves from such disreputable donations when they are discovered. Not Paul.

Nice to see that LST is now referred to with the same name as the old gray lady. “The Times.”

    Happy Ron Paul Day everyone!

Now THERE”S an interesting bit of blog journalism that some folks might want to pursue:

If Ron Paul’s campaign does not block IP addresses from know white supremacist websites OR from foreign websites, how much of Mr. Pauls recent windfall is from Foreign Donations?

The more exposure he gets, the stronger he gets, the more scared the opposition gets.

    It’s a good thing.

  15. hamous on November 14th, 2007 at 8:59 pm

…and the more people will ask these questions. I agree. It’s a good thing. It will be interesting to see all the crawfishing going on with his supporters when he realizes he has to come out and publicly address some issues.

Oh man #11, I missed it!! Do they have e-cards for Ron Paul day? Hallmark should have got on board…

    #14 I am sooo not scared. ;-)

Why are you people so threatened by Dr. Paul’s candidacy?

All he has ever advocated is adherance to the US Constitution, and is more pro-life than any of the other GOP candidates(being that he ia a Rdoctor, doesn’t just play one on TV, a OBGYN that has deleivered over 4000 babies), and won’t take money from lobbyists??

And, he has the votong record to back it up. With the exception of Dan Patrick, has any other of your Restoogican candidates, Perry, Dewnothing, KBaby, or even Cornyn, done a damn thing?

You people remind me of Lucy holding the football for Cherlie Brown. You fall for the same lies every time from the GOP sell outs.

I remember why I don’t waste my time my time posting here anymore: if a true conservative like Neo has been banned, then you people are as biased as the socialists in the Dimocratic party.

DJ, Luv2hammer and Lawrence C are the only ones with an original thought left in their heads anymore, it seems.

The rest of you are, like the Good Book says, ‘like casting pearls before swine’……and are doomed to 8 years of Shrillary, because you we’re sold out by Jorge Boosh, and are too stupid to realize it.

Ron Paul for President is the last hope this country has for remaining a Republic!!

Ta ta, I am outta here, later, sheeple!!!!!!!!!!!

  18. PBFloyd on November 15th, 2007 at 5:45 am

Typos not withstanding, ‘real doctor’, and ‘Charlie Brown’….otherwise, I stand by my words, bunch of weak minded, deluded fools…..

  19. bigjolly on November 15th, 2007 at 5:53 am

As the strong minded, clear thinker takes his ball and runs away.

  20. hamous on November 15th, 2007 at 7:30 am

PBFloyd, we’re just capitulating to our Jewish masters’ demands.

There is evolution of thought here if you have watched these posts over time. These folks are smart and (often) reflective.

In 3 years they will be the kind of folks who they once called tin foil hat nuts. The only problem is that this country might be too far gone by then.

  22. hamous on November 15th, 2007 at 11:37 am

little mike, mine may be characterized as devolution. I started out where you are now, as someone who liked the more libertarian ideals of Paul. I had real issues with his foreign policy, actually the lack of. The last few months of witnessing the majority of his followers has turned me around. I want no part of any organization involving those maniacs no matter how much I like his message. You lie down with dogs…

  23. little mike on November 15th, 2007 at 1:19 pm

A personality and his followers have caused you to sway from your ideals?

It would take far more than that to sway me from my “libertarian ideals” that I have held far before I ever heard of Ron Paul.

  24. hamous on November 15th, 2007 at 1:38 pm

It goes to character. RP not making any attempt to disavow their support is something I cannot overlook. Personally, with Ron Paul its too late for me. That train has left the station. Perhaps someday there may be a candidate that can separate himself from the whackos. I’ll join you then. Not with this one.

  25. little mike on November 15th, 2007 at 1:58 pm

    Otay.

  26. Meglet on November 15th, 2007 at 3:39 pm

Hmmm #17 I feel “threatened” by your post! Did you forget your meds today or what?? If you are wanting to encourage people to travel in the same direction with you, you should try taking it down a few notches and speak calmly. It’s people like you that drive me further than ever away from that particular campaign. YES I just said that people who back somebody are influences on whether I want to vote for him or not. The problem I’m seeing way too much is that people get entirely too worked up about their candidate. It’s good to have passion, but let it be a good kind of passion and not the wrong kind. When you get so defensive like that it makes you seem as though you are no longer following any kind of thought process (what you have accused everyone else of doing) but rather acting based out of emotions.
