Mexico’s surge in kidnapping has reached the Lone Star State, as an illegal alien and felon snatches a little boy:
Police say a man who thought his cousin owed him money was behind the abduction of the relative’s 5-year-old son.
Modesto Vences-Garcia, 26, was charged with aggravated kidnapping, a first-degree felony. He could face up to life in prison, if convicted.
Investigators allege Vences-Garcia recruited four people, including two teens, to carry out the abduction of Adrian Jaimes.
Vences-Garcia was initially arrested on outstanding drug possession and drunken driving warrants. He also is accused of immigration violations.
Vences-Garcia — who also goes by at least a half-dozen other names — already has a rap sheet, including such accomplishments as drug possession, theft and drug dealing. Any chance we can keep him out of the country this time?

In the last few years, there have been 40 people kidnapped. Some have been returned as body parts. This is nothing new. Ask Sheriff Flores. He asked the media when they chose to interview him, after his Hannity appearance, ” What is so important about this girl getting kidnapped in Aruba that gets national media attention? We have people kidnapped along our southern border and you people say nothing. Is it the color of our brown skin?”

Call me confused, kidnapping is a Federal crime, yet the local law enforcement of Austin decided to arrest him versus the FBI being allow to investigate this, uh, undocumented transfer of guardianship of a minor. This happened in a Sanctuary City who has stated publicly that enforcement of Federal Laws must be handled by the Federal government and not by local law enforcement. It seems someone is not following policy in Travis County. Where is Johnny Sutton when he is needed most?
One a side note, a bullet to the head would end this type of diverse cultural practice pretty quick.
As a resident of Round Rock, uncomfortably close to Austin, I followed this story on the local news last week. It led every newscast, rightfully so. This is the first mention of the residency status of any of the perps. This only confirms many suspicions that I had, and sure many others as well.
