    BigJolly, I get your point!

  2. blackgirl on March 17th, 2008 at 2:29 pm

Bad bad stuff here, I am going to read more of it this evening.

BigJ, great article………… keep up the good work! I am definitely learning about ” political speak” and how it differentiates, from the truth.

  4. Robert 1 on March 17th, 2008 at 3:08 pm

Voting “present” allows one to “John Kerry” (aka flip/flop) when it comes time to make a speech and depending on who you are talking to, your on the “fence” so whatever the group you are speaking to wants is the direction you flipped or flopped to. Let’s see some of the excuses “BO” can use are: 1) Hit the wrong button, which side do you want me. 2) Didn’t have enough information at the time to pass judgement but I can vote whichever way you want me to. 3) Well, I’ve study the issue and I would have voted the way you wanted me to, anyway.

  5. trl3 on March 17th, 2008 at 3:21 pm

voting present means that whatever is being voted on is just not important to the person voting.

  6. american woman on March 17th, 2008 at 3:22 pm

This is another fine example of “Politics” and leaves us peons with the thought ” Who really are these people, and how can one tell where the truth ends and the lies begin”. And I’m not taking sides when I say that, both parties play the game.

  7. trl3 on March 17th, 2008 at 3:32 pm

Yes this is true leadership from a would be President. Barack says; DUH, I don’t know!

  8. trl3 on March 17th, 2008 at 3:35 pm

It 3:00 AM in the morning at the White House and the red phone is ringing. Barack says; honey will you grab that and whatever they want tell them I vote present.

This is the same “courage” he consistently shows:

Heroically voting “present” when a controversial bill comes up in the State Senate.

Claiming to courageously stand against the Iraq war way back in 2002, when it really took none for a very junior Illinois State Senator to say it infront of a crowd of supporters in his own District.

    More lies about “choice:”

    BJ

Maybe that’s why he’s confused about being in attendance at J. Wright’s racist sermons. He thought present meant no.

    Hilarious.

Hey - thanks for the hat tip!

And thanks for the article on Planned Parenthood (aka Klanned Parenthood) and their decimation of the black community. I have had Democrats look me right in the eye and insist with all serious that Republicans hate black people. What a lie.

Reply to No. 8: Allow me to add to your list of what “BO” would say or do if by some miracle he is elected President and the “red phone” rings at 3am. Here is my “Top Ten” list of telephone answers:

    1) How did you get this number???

    2) Tell them I gave at the office.

    3) Do you mind, I’m trying to get some sleep.

    4) No, HELLary can’t come to the phone right now.

    5) Beep!! Leave your name and number and I will get back to you.

    6) Michelle, just take a message.

    7) I don’t want to talk to anyone unless it’s Rev. Wright.

    8) This is a survey, is this your normal bedtime.

    9) It can’t be that important that it can’t wait until tommorrow.

    10) Joe’s Pool Hall, “Eight Ball” speaking!!!

See if you like any of these.

I am tremendously concerned that Obama learned about Christianity and became a Christian, due to Rev. Wright. Remember, his mom was not religious, but introduced Barak to many different religions, to allow him to make a choice. Both his father and step father were Muslims. So, if he turns away from Wright, will he turn away from Christianity? If he stays (with Wright’s church) does he really dislike “white America”? I don’t think there is a “good” option here. At least Oprah was sensible enough to leave that church in the 1990s.

I think that if one of the Priests at my church said something like Wright did, even if I wasn’t there I’d HEAR about it, so the “I didn’t know” defense is a little thin.

Let’s face it, throughout this campaign, Obama has wanted to unite on HIS terms; people just didn’t know what his terms were. He has never reached across the aisle. He has the most liberal voting record in the Senate.

I just wonder why the left gives “Rev.” Wright a pass when they harp on Fred Phelps (who, by the way, deserves all the derision we can give)?

  16. Big45Iron on March 17th, 2008 at 9:12 pm

I think that Osama Obama is going to need James Phelps’ assistance in covering his tracks on this one.

  17. Big45Iron on March 17th, 2008 at 9:13 pm

I’ve heard almost nothing about Obama doing his Indiana campaigning at the Islamic Society of North America.

  18. Darren10 on March 17th, 2008 at 10:08 pm

Although I grew up in the Land of Lincoln, I had no idea what a “present” vote was. I knew Obama favored partial-brith abortions; so it’s always good for the public to be reminded as to what that is and that he’s dedicated to preserving it.

Disgusting piece of caca he is.

  19. pimlico on March 17th, 2008 at 11:43 pm

Is it my imagination or is Michele Obama sarting to look like a political ‘Omarosa’? ( I have to confess that I have a problem with Omaroso because of here overt control and manipulation. However, she is CUTE.
