Rush and Hannity and the rest of talk radio are just going to have a field day with this one. Again, the question will be, what did they know, and when did they know it?

Oklahoma Sen. Don Nickles, the second-ranking Senate Republican at the time, said the Democrats “sound somewhat like spokespersons for the Iraqi government.”

    Now we know why.

Hamous, he should have said “paid spokespersons”.

Deaf, dumb, and blind congress critters.

I’m certain they’ll resort to the “Curly’ excuse. “I’m a victim of coicumstance.” Nyuck Nyuck Nyuck.

Now now RickG, let’s be fair.

At the very least, the AP identified the party affiliation when they revealed the names of the congressmen.

Which is unusual for them. Normally, party affiliation is reserved for the last paragraph when Democrats are in trouble.

Of course, if this were a Republican, we’d have “REPUBLICANS DUPED BY SADDAM HUSSEIN!” as the headline.

Exactly. And they would have used “Republican” three times in the opening paragraph, and they would have pointed out this is just the latest in a string of “scandals” and “embarrassments” to befall the party and, hee hee hee.

You and I think alike. I hope that doesn’t scare you.

I find I have a lot in common with clear thinking, rational human beings.
