Can you link the campfire scene? It’s a classic!

Another nail in the coffin of an era of television and entertainment. While Harvey was on, the humor was clean and truly funny.

I will always treasure those moments of laughter on the Carol Burnett Show.

Rest in Peace, Harvey, and keep ‘em rolling in aisles up there!

He’s there with Red Skelton, Bob Hope, and so many other greats of comedy. Won’t it be great to have a seat for that when we get there!

He was probably the funniest underrated comedian of all time. His timing was impeccable, his delivery superb.

Blazing Saddles would be much less mremorable without Hedy Lamarr.

I heard Tim Conway interviewed on WABC out of NYC in early April. I was shocked to find out how hard he and Harvey were still working. They had several road shows in the past few years where they worked a good 6 days a week, sometimes more than one show a day. Tim mentioned Harvey was having health problems, but never indicated how serious the nature. He talked as if they were heading back on the road as soon as Harvey felt better. Eternal optimism….Conway kept saying if he and Harvey could ever figure out how to be really big stars, they wouldn’t have to work so hard. But there was a tinge of sadness to his voice and now I know he knew Harvey wasn’t coming back.

Loved Harvey Korman, the voice of the Greta Gazoo, silenced. Another WWII vet gone.

He sure had a way with words!!!

Good news, Abe Vigoda is still alive.

I will remember his life by watching Blazing Saddles tonight.

I miss Madeline Kahn too! She died much too young (57). Korman was riot.

Ah, Madeline Kahn, her Trixie Delight in Paper Moon was a performance for the ages. One of a kind and had more talent than ten actresses.

Dear Harvey, wildly funny wonderful man, R.I.P.

I agree with all of you, and especially Tedtam and Big45. Weren’t we lucky to have grown up with the likes of his talent?

Blazing saddles has been in my Netflix queue for a while. I might just bump it up to #1.

OH, for the days when real comedic command did not rely on how many four letter words one could use in one sentence.
Leaves me with one thot, and many memories…..

“I’m so glad we had this time together..
    Just to have a laugh and sing a song;

Seems we just got started and before we know it,

Comes the time we have to say

    So Long”

    So Long…..RIP
