I have always wondered about this………Why do a great number of the Hollywood crowd, who are quite wealthy support Democrats? The Democrats target people in their income brackets. It would appear to me the Hollywood crowd would stay away from that party.

Again I ask, this guy wants to be president???

NO WAY CAN HE BE PRESIDENT - he will do more damage than any before him. He could be the end of this country

Clooney is a lousy actor, so maybe he wants to take acting lessons from
    Obama, “the great pretender”

Maybe Clooney wants to be president or at least play the part?

What script or role is George Looney acting out that he thinks he is qualified to give out advice? Acting intelligent might be a good role to have but you had better do some research into that role before you try acting it. I think the Hollywood types like Dimwits because they have this “i’ll make you feel good” attitude. So what if the Dimwits are willing to tax them because of their high brackets, all they got to do is make more. Sort of like “easy come, easy go” attitude. The people that most celebrities appeal to, can’t vote, aren’t registered to vote and probably wouldn’t if they could. But you can’t combat the “money” and the “public platforms” they have. But here again, I don’t care how you package the product, if the product “sucks” it won’t sell.

I wonder what kind of educational background Mr. Clooney has. Did he even graduate from high school?

hamous, Instead of asking the question: “this guy wants to be president???”,

Maybe the more appropriate question should be: “And people want this man to be President?”

I’m sitting here scratching my wondering why so many people are in love with the guy and want to turn the country over to him. If he gets elected he is going to make Jimmy Carter look like a great president.

George Looney is the one planning to host a multi-thousand $/plate fund-raiser for TEO.

    In Geneva.

    Switzerland.

    Europe.

Where they can’t even (legally) vote for him (yet) or donate money to him (yet).

We should encourage this, as it will continue to show him as an out-of-touch elitiest like his recent Excellent Adventure.

Why can’t these guys (and gals) just “shut up and sing” or act, as the case may be? Most of these folks have some talent that got them where they are but very little common sense. As with Obama, once they get off script….they’re lost and don’t realize how stupid they sound. I’ve stopped watching and/or listening to some actors/singers that I used to enjoy a great deal because they offend me with their outspoken absurdities. Their loss, I don’t miss them, I just make sure none of my
$$$ goes into their pockets ever again.

I wonder who the Dixie Chicks are gonna vote for? LOL!!

    :D

The Hollywoodies spend so much time pretending, they don’t have a real good fix on reality. Like hairdressers, they hear all the best gossip, and watch soaps all day . . . how in Hades can you have any idea what’s real and important? How many times have you seen actors play parts together, then end up in a relationship or married? They end up so rich and so catered to that they figure the HAVE to know better’n everyone else, right?

Old Clooney is damn near named perfectly. He should drop the “C” in the interest of honesty. Would you buy a used car from a guy named “Looney”?

If it is true that Brad Pitt has offered to raise money for Obama, I wonder what home life if like since Angelina Jolie has said she hasn’t made up her mind yet who to vote for. And, although they are estranged, her father (Jon Voight) has come out vocally against Obama.

In a related matter, Charlie Robison finally got tired of it.

The Hollywierdos seem to think because they make big bucks that people are interested in what their political ideals are. They forget they are entertainers (at least they play like they are) and not geniuses. Take an idiot like Geo. Looney and an idiot like B. Hussein O. and you come up with two zeros. God help this country is Hussein gets elected president.
