Three years ago, Chron editorial-page editor James Howard Gibbons wrote the following:
“I have sampled a few blogs, but enjoyed fewer. Though reluctant to do anyone an injustice, I find that most blogs lack the elegance, wit and insight one looks for in magazine commentary and editorial pages in their ideal state.”
Now he’s unemployed, and we’re still blogging.

Ah, more condescension from the liberal elite. Will we ever learn they are the only ones who possess the education, the insight, and the perspicacity to tell us how to think?

The ones I feel for are the hard working folks at the Chron who don’t qualify for the Golden Parachute like affore mentioned Gibbons got. Gotta admit, he shows some degree of smarts to get out while he can. First sign of intellegence he’s shown in years.
