We DEMANDacceptance and understanding. All persons no matter their race, religion, gender, or sexual preference has a right to his/her own opinions.

AND IF YOU DON’T AGREE, WE WILL DESTROY YOU!!!

It’s not like this is a big surprise for most of us reading here, is it?

These are the same types that are calling for a boycott of Utah because of the LDS Church’s efforts in favor of Prop 8. Why don’t they protest against the faith that would literally hand them their heads if given the choice instead of making a$$es out of themselves by trying to boycott an entire freakin’ state?

The gay community needs to put on its big girl panties and accept that the vote didn’t go their way. Maybe instead of protesting and demonizing and vandalizing churches, they can try something that will be much more effective in the long run - a civil rights campaign similar to that run by MLK. Or maybe they’re just so accustomed to getting everything they ask for/demand, they can’t see the forest from the trees and realize they pretty much have what they want and are having a collective hissy fit over one word.

The Web site antigayblacklist.com published a list based on data by electiontrack.com of anyone who contributed more than $1,000 to the Yes on Proposition 8 campaign.

    Interesting~

Oh the irony. It’s not about tolerance.

Scott Eckern, artistic director of the California Musical Theatre, is resigning his post and leaving the organization.

A boycott of the theater was called Tuesday by some in the national arts community when news broke that Eckern contributed $1,000 to the Yes on Proposition 8 campaign, which supported the ban on gay marriage.

Dude, the situation Scott was put in is totally gay.

Thoughts and prayers go out to him. He seems like a really decent person to me.

Literally and figuratively the pro-tolerance folks have a zero tolerance policy. Consistency isn’t their strong suit.

    #7;

And you can expand: The pacifists are the most fascistic, the “equality people’ are the most unequal people, the anti capital punishment are the boggest supporters of taking life from the most innocent, etc., etc,. etc.

I like the putting on the big panties idea. I’m going to search around the net for some. Ah, but will they be big enough?

  10. squawkbox on November 12th, 2008 at 3:48 pm

Squawk, unless we go to a tent and awning company, those will have to do! I appreciate your trudging through the dregs to find it! hehe Who could wear a bra that big? An elephant?

The fannie packers to America: Tolerate us or die a painful death by unfasionable clothing and bad hair!

Hypocrisy at it’s finest. They want us to tolerate, nay, accept their lifestyle, yet any attempt to hold a peaceful but differing opinion is met with hostility.

  16. pimlico on November 12th, 2008 at 8:58 pm

Sometimes use of our freedoms to CHOOSE THE RIGHTcause us to be collateral damage.

  17. bob42 on November 12th, 2008 at 10:38 pm

Hmm… a cause loses at the polls, and considers how the campaign might have been more successful.

    That sounds familiar…

  18. Shamaal on November 12th, 2008 at 10:52 pm

    That’s funny!

They actually got Ron Paul Trucknutz as #13 idea for rebuilding the party.

  19. Maltboys Evil Twin on November 13th, 2008 at 8:22 am

Why, oh why, can’t gays just stop hating?!
